Come in
Arrive at 801 N Tustin Ave, Ste 404, Santa Ana. New patients should arrive 10 minutes early. Your comprehensive exam takes 30–60 minutes depending on what is needed.
Walk out with answers
You leave with a diagnosis, prescription, and treatment plan. Glasses can be ordered same day from our optical. Contact lens trials are often available immediately for standard prescriptions.

Can I get an eye exam today without an appointment?
Appointments are required for routine visits, but walk-ins are accepted for urgent eye care. Call us at (949) 323-3600 and we can often schedule a same-day slot within hours. For true eye emergencies — sudden vision loss, eye trauma, chemical exposure — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room; for other urgent symptoms, walk in or call and we'll get you seen right away.
How fast can I get an appointment?
Same-day appointments are available most weekdays for both urgent eye problems and routine exams. For non-urgent visits, same-week scheduling is typical. Saturday appointments (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) fill quickly — book a few days ahead for your preferred time.
Do I need a referral to be seen same-day?
No referral is needed for most visits. If you have an HMO plan that requires a referral, let us know when you call and we can advise. PPO, Medicare, and vision plans like VSP and EyeMed do not require referrals.
What can be done at a same-day appointment?
We can perform comprehensive eye exams, start contact lens fittings, evaluate urgent symptoms (red eye, pain, sudden vision changes, foreign bodies), and begin dry eye assessments — all on the same day you call. Specialty services like Ortho-K fittings or IPL treatment are scheduled separately.
Can I get a same-day appointment on Saturday?
Saturday appointments are available from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM by appointment only. Saturday slots are limited, so calling early in the week or booking online gives you the best selection.
